10/1 – 2:55 p.m. New York time

I Entered one new position today, IBM, and exited two positions, MS and SCHW. I analyzed LRCX but declined to take the trade.

10/17 – 2:40 p.m. New York time

I analyzed LRCX but passed on the trade.

10/17 – 2:25 p.m. New York time

I entered a position on IBM.

10/17  – 11:40 a.m. New York time

I have exited MS for a small profit.

10/17 – 9:35 a.m. New York time

I exited SCHW for a profit, although it is below my target. of 25% of maximum potential profit.

IBM and LRCX remain on my list for analysis and possible entry today. Expectations for LRCX have grown more bullish, and I shall consider a directional trade rather than my more frequently used neutral stance.

10/16 – 9:55 p.m. New York time

I shall be analyzing two prospective earnings plays on Tuesday, IBM and LRCX. I have rejected a third symbol, USB, because of difficulties in constructing a trade from its options grid.
